Beach and Kitchen Reveal

While Jon oversees installation of the new cabinets, Kate and the kids have some fun in the sun at the beach; Kate sees the new cabinets and kitchen.

Jon tells us that it was nice to have a break from Kate. This was probably good for their marriage. And for the kids.

At the beach, Kate decided to make the kids a big breakfast of eggs, sausage and bacon. Mmm...I'm getting hungry just thinking about it. It appears as though the kids don't get bacon a lot because they chowed down on it right away.

In a heartbreaking moment, the kids were all sitting at the kitchen table discussing who was missing Daddy more. How devastating.

In an equally annoying moment, Kate and Hannah had a very tender moment. But it highlighted how very much Kate favors Hannah.

After breakfast, everyone headed to the beach for some playing in the surf. Collin had a blast dumping water over his head. It was adorable and he revealed that he wanted the sand to get off of his body. Unfortunately, all the sand in his bucket ended up on the top of his head. Too cute.

During lunchtime, Cara and Mady had fun playing make-believe. It was fun to see the girls work together and play nicely. But also sad that they had to have their play time being followed by a camera.

And since we're on a roll with redoing everything that we've already done. The kids painted their bodies with pudding again. Have we not thought of anything original? It went okay. Kate didn't freak out really about the mess. But then again, I did fast forward through part of it.

Since Kate couldn't keep the girls out of school for 2 straight weeks, Mady and Cara traveled back home. Who they traveled with is a mystery, but a limo delivered them right to their house. Where they promptly figured out that Jon had reinserted earrings into his ears. Real klassy for a father of 10.

But also a parent of the year award goes to Kate. What parent takes their kids out of school for the last few weeks? I swear she only sent them back because so many media reports went out about it. She couldn't have let them stay home with Jon and in school?

Kate decided to take the kids to a Serptentarium. On the way to the museum, the paparazzi were in full swing and followed them onto the ferry. Since Kate can't protect her kids, she let the photogs take a ton of posed pics of the kids on the boat. And if you don't think it was posed, then how come all the boys were on one side of Kate and the girls were all on the other side. So incredibly contrived.

The kids seemed to enjoy looking at all of the animals. I don't know that I would find this to be the most fun, but I'm not a 5 year old child. haha Kate was clearly out of her element and not enjoying all of these animals. It was cool when the museum guy let all the kids hold one of the snakes. And then, Kate screeched and flipped out and bit the bullet and held the snake. Nice. She did it for her kids. But it appears to me that she did it for the cameras.

It was finally time to go home and see the new kitchen. The kids were super excited to run off the bus and into Jon's arms. I can't even imagine how much the missed their dad.

And when Kate saw the new kitchen...she didn't seem to happy. Seriously - it was a brand new and free kitchen and she didn't appreciate it. What an ungrateful bitch.

SassySarah's Review: How much longer are we going to see these idiots get free stuff, not appreciate it and bitch about it? Or do the same things over and over which have lost their *cuteness*? Two thumbs down.
