We are battering down the hatches in preparation for Hurricane Sandy. As I sit here right now, it's getting very windy and little sprinkles of rain. The weather is predicting many more wind gusts and lots of flooding.
Right now, we're working from home and have all of our flashlights and candles ready to go. I expect that we will lose power within the next 6 hours. I believe there are already about 13,000 people in my area without power already.
Keeping everyone in the storm's path in my thoughts and prayers.
