Girls' Day Out
Kate treats the girls to painting and fun at a pottery studio; the boys get a lesson in healthy exercise.

Mady excitedly tells us that the girls are heading out to paint some pottery. Kate doesn't seem happy about it because it's going to be a mess. Um, why would you take the kids there, then? Jonn is heading to the gym to work out, so the boys are going to tag along with Jon.
It was time to leave and Kate was taking the kids in their smaller van. Kate wasn't too keen on driving into the city by herself, but thankfully she had the GPS. Although no trip can start without her screaming Jon out the window a few times. Finally, she left.
Kate did get the kids to the studio safely. Once inside, the kids looked around for something to paint. Kate spotted the kitchen ware and decided that each of the girls should paint something for her kitchen. How very selfish and weird.
Jon packed the boys up in the van and headed to the gym. His trainer was there and her daughter was going to hang out with the boys. When the trainer asked Joel what his name was, Joel responded, "Daddy's Son." So cute. While Jon worked out, the boys were running around a side room and using some of the equipment and got to play around. It seemed fun.
At the studio, the girls each picked out their colors and started painting. Kate didn't seem happy with what Alexis picked out and it was so weird. She wasn't happy with the way Alexis was painting, either, so Kate just decided to paint her own stuff. Just a thought, why didn't she put the kids in play clothes so if paint got on their clothes, it wouldn't be a big deal.
The girls seemed to have a really great time painting. They enjoyed doing their own thing and trying stuff out. Kate seemed so happy with the finished product from each of the girls. She told them it looked almost like real art. I love backhanded compliments.
At the end of Jon's workout, each of the boys got a strawberry smoothie. Yum! They seemed to like it!
The last thing the girls did before leaving was making a hand print bowl for Kate. It turned out really cute. I hope it something that she loves forever. Because it was super cute.
SassySarah's Review: The girls seemed to have a fun time together. Let's hope that Kate keeps them forever. One thumb up.
