Matt moved to work with us but his family stayed behind in Ohio. It's very hard for him to be way from his wife and 3 kiddos. They plan to join him in a few months.
The Hubster and I try to invite Matt for dinner and include him when we can. I know it's hard to be away from your family and we see just happy to spend time with him. And he's quickly becoming a friend.
